We want you to love your clothing to ensure you wear it again and again! If
for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to
return it to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel - items returned
outside of this time period may not be accepted.
Refunds will only be provided for full priced items. Credit notes are provided for sale/clearance items.
Due to non-refundable fees - all Afterpay refunds will be provided less 6% fees.
How do I return my order?
To return your item to us please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your name, invoice number and the details of what you would like to return. Please also provide details of your request - whether a refund, credit note or exchange (please detail the item you would like and we will pop it aside for you).

We recommend opting for a traceable service as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for misplaced items. Please ensure to record your name and return postal address on your parcel for full traceability.
I purchased an item from your sale/clearance section, can I return it?
You are welcome to return your sale/clearance item to us, for a credit note or exchange for equal or greater value. Exchanges for items of lesser value than your original purchase will be provided with a credit note for any difference owing.
Credit notes are provided in the form of a gift voucher and can be used to purchase an alternative item/size online.
I purchased an incorrect size, can I exchange it?
You are most welcome to exchange your item for another size! Simply return it to us and we will swap it over for you.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the item you received, along with proof of purchase and any relevant information to email@example.com. Please note - we do not offer refunds or replacements for general wear and tear.
What about return shipping costs?
You will be required to pay any postage costs for your return. We will cover the cost of your first exchange (including International parcels) only for items leaving our HQ, on route back to you. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a flat rate $10 shipping fee.
Please note - due to health & hygiene laws we are unable to accept the return of boxers or knickers.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of their arrival here at Smitten HQ and will confirm completion of your return via email.
