Shipping - Australia and New Zealand
We offer two different shipping options via Australia Post.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested in the Shipping Instructions section when at the checkout.

Shipping - International
We offer a fully tracked express international shipping service via Australia Post International. All international parcels require a signature on delivery.
Delivery times are 5-20 business days depending on your country and area.Express International Post has a base rate - unless qualified for free post* (please see below for more information)

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: International orders may be subject to your country's individual import duties and taxes. These are unfortunately outside of our control. If concerned - please contact your local customs authorities to confirm any charges prior to purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note: It is a legal requirement for us to declare the full value of exported goods and as such we are unable to alter content descriptions, purpose or value.
For a better tomorrow
All of our parcels are sent in certified home compostable bags, so much better for the environment than standard plastic post bags. Pop it in with your food scraps and garden waste, and give the worms a feed.
Returns & Exchanges
We really appreciate your support but do understand that online shopping does not always go to plan!
Provided your item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition, we can accpet a return for exchange, credit or refund (excludes sale items which are eligible for credit or exchange only). Returns accepted within 14 days from original delivery date.
Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns of knickers or boxer shorts.
No need to contact us - simply download our returns authorisation form via the following link and include it in with your return package.
Due to non-refundable Afterpay merchant fees, refunds on purchases made using Afterpay are subject to a 6% processing fee.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure full traceability of your return.
We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of their arrival at Smitten HQ.
Any new charges or refunds are processed prior to dispatch of an exchange.
Standard postage of 1st exchanges (to you) are on us! Postage of any subsequent, or express, exchanges is $10.00 (excluding International - please contact us for more information).
Please note: if your item has arrived to you with a fault - please email us at email@example.com with your order details and full information of the fault.
Our team will provide a confirmation email once your return arrives and has been processed.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We cannot accept returns of clothing that has been altered or retailored in any way.
Refunds are returned to you via your original payment method and should appear within 14 days.
Due to non-refundable Afterpay merchant fees, refunds on purhcases made using Afteray are subject to a 6% processing fee.
Store Credits are provided in the form of an electronic gift voucher and have no expiry.
